Don't know how he did it but was talking to Wesley Weller and he said it happend in practice they heard a loud crack/pop noise and Ben was screaming in agony.

His brother Chris Smith was a State placer for Junction City...Ben placed 6th last year and is very talented...it's a shame we lost him on the year...although Chapman (albeit at the Mission Valley Tournament put up 259.5 pts with 2nd place being 161...without Smith in the Lineup)
