Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School Tribute to Mark Schieber

This is the first serious post I have ever written. On Friday October 24, my teammate and friend Mark Schieber was in a serious car accident. He’s alive, thank you god, but it’s going to take a miracle for him to recover by the end of this senior year of wrestling. I just glad that he’s okay. I dedicate this post to Mark because he was a remarkable wrestler. Maybe he didn’t intimidate people with his skinny 152 lb. body but that kid could really wrestle. I just wish the best of luck to him.

oh my gosh,

i personally have talked to mark a few times, and he was always a light hearted humorous fellow. He would get me to crack a few smiles even before a few big matches at regionals. For the love of god, i hope he pulls through. get better mark.

I would just like to clarify that I wrote this post but for some odd reason I was logged in as MOE. So Marks accident is not just a rumor.

Best of luck to Mark Schieber for a quick and full recovery. I don't know him personally, but I'm sure Quarreem Santangelo will be busting out his humorous (and sometimes confusing) jokes in no time. Until then, get well soon.

Thanks guys. It is true, i might not be able to wrestle this year, but i will be trying and i'm hoping everything heals quickly. Again, thanks for your support.
