Just FYI, the 6A Team and Individual Rankings have been updated on the KWCA page as well as the Neosho County Wrestling Web Site. Also, the 5A, 4A, and 3-2-1A team rankings are updated on the Neosho site. If you want to see all of the rankings on one page you can go to the Neosho site at http://www.amacominc.com/~ncwrestling/ksrankings
Keep checking the site for updates.

Isn't Allison from FT. Scott going 140?? I thought that is what i read on the preseason lineup.

PJM
If coaches do not send me info on their kids, then I usually don't rank them unless I know them. as far as Neil and Nick, I only do the 6A rankings, so the 4A and 5A raters will take care of those young men.

I handle the 4A rankings so don't pick on Coach Fergola. If you use this list as your bible for who is better than who then you don't know Kansas wrestling. This is done for fun and it will change weekly. The only scientific method involved is previous state experience and head to head competition. The rest is guess work on the part of the coaches and myself. Fortunately we don't rely on a BCS to determine our state finalists so the rankings in the grand scheme of things mean very little as far as the state tournamnet goes. Freshman (like Erisman) are not ranked early because the early rankings are a nod to the kids that have already achieved at this level and a challenge to them to stay on top. We miss some very deserving kids early in the year because of several factors (freshmen coming in, people coming off injuries, changing classifications, etc.) as the season progresses the acurracy of the rankings increases as well. Would you rather be ranked number 1 now, or ranked number 1 after march 1st?
