I sense a Malay/Mankind man crush, but seriously, Levi Younkin didn't get cheated against Warta. Nothing against the kid (he's won 3 titles so he's not cheated) but he gave up a reversal in the closing seconds, a freshman mistake that he never made again but forced Tait Weatherbee to make enroute to him winning #2. It was a very good match 8-7 I believe and came down to the wire. Tucker is good don't get me wrong, but he beat Aaron Bingham 9-1, beat Dexter Deeds of Goodland I believe 2 times this year for sure maybe more, but I would have to take Youkin due to the competition he's faced and how's he performed this year going undefeated and winning his 3rd State Title.

An undefeated 3 timer like Younkin deserves a spot at 135. Tucker was impressive at state, pinning Madl in :45 and teching Bird, but those 3 losses kept him off.
Altman majoring Ely was amazing at State. Has Altman wrestled Hanson?

Records can be decieving. Edgmon actually had more than 18 wins. He lost two matches, but had an injury default on his record. His losses were to a 2-time Prep national champion that also won the beast, and to the 125 pound 5A state champ.
If one were to pick Deshazer over Edgmon (and they are both great picks) I'd say it's because Tristan may pin guys that Tommy might only tech fall. However, I'd still take Tommy because he did beat Tristan both times and I'm a little bias.
