Wow the thought that someone could seriously take a kid down and straight to his back in less than 1 second, the ref gets his needed silent two count, then hits the mat and the time keeper stops the clock all in under 3 seconds, honestly is sounds for lack of better words improbable under the rules of folkstyle wrestling. But hey thats one way to get through a tournament in good time.

The site said 3 seconds and another said 7. There was one for 1:12. Most people know that when you state a time of fall you say how far into it the match was not how much time was left.

At the Fredonia Regional Jeren Scheer (Garden Plain) took someone straight to their back and if the official would have been quick enough it probably would have broke five seconds.

I looked at the clock when the match was over and 9 seconds were gone.

It was fast.

The onaga regional actually posted 1, 2, 3 for the round and then they posted the time left in the round although there were a few times they did not post the round and only posted the amount of time left in the period.

someone needs to tell Onaga how you are supposed to record time of fall.

If someone does a heel-pick and sets their opponent straight to their back..it can be done in record time. But then again..the someone to do it has to be very, very fast.
