Dear FatBat, ToachCwink, ChanceswithDeese and everyone else who was at the Beloit tourney in 2002,

We may not have realized it, but last weekend was the third anniversary of the epic Skinny Benny versus Fat Pat matchup. Let us all pause and reflect on how much that match has meant to us, and the wrestling community as a whole.

I now ask for a moment of silence as we think of the battle royale between Muir of Stockton (FatPat) and Freidrichs of Marysville (SkinnyBenny.) Oh, what a glorious day that was.

May those gladiators never be forgotten.

Muir sure was a humongus guy. my brother pinned him my brothers senior yeat.

those of us who saw that matchup certainly are blessed. it was like watching a toothpick do battle with a water balloon.

I refuse to celebrate a moment of silence. Skinny Benny, you cost me a buck, you jerk.

That's almost like the buck that Oklahoma cost you this year when they were DESTROYED by the trojan horse.

Which reminds me, FatBat--you owe me TWO bucks, payable pronto. Jerk.

Chewbacca- I'm glad to see that others know of this epic battle.

I can't believe that Dingbat, a fellow fat man, bet against FAT PAT. Dingbat even predicted Skinny Benny would throw Fat Pat. He did try a lat drop and was immediately enveloped by Fat Pat (that means Fat Pat landed on him and you couldn't see Skinny Benny).

Dingbat, thanks for the buck!

ToachCwink, you got lucky. Apparently FatBat USED to pay up when he was beaten by his betters.

And I believe FatBat as you call would still pay up when beaten by his betters, but maybe he hasn't been beaten by a better since the last time I did it.
