I don't know about you, but my high schools practice gets pretty intense after about a week or so. How hard is your schools practice? Brag it up!

we have the room around 82 everyday and the 1st day we practices and hour b4 school and 2 and a half hour after school. We sprint our moves and if we dont do it fast enough then we have to do them over(takesa bout 5 minutues per sprint). we do peg board and constantly moving. Its pretty much living hell in our room.
