Bigkneepads#4, for once I agree with you, and for the record it was not pretty.

Its not always how many you take, its how many score!

Southeast of Saline is taking 5 (Spaeny119, Cox130, Barnes140, Will160, and Lacy171). Salina South is taking 12 - Regionals was the only time that the heavy weight had wrestled in the last two years (because of back and knee problems)and he took 1st. Salina Central is taking 1. I think that that is it for Saline Co.

Smnwrestler2004, I'm from Osawatomie and it was sad to see the one injured senior have to watch us at regionals for the second year in a row(Jacob Culbertson and he hurt his elbow last year when Erick Harris of Paola hit the west point ride on him) and our other senior just got stuck in a very stacked bracket(Hiawatha 119) and also had his knee injury. They both have been wrestling since they were very little and have worked harder than any other wrestlers. Our heavyweight that was ineligible had been tearing up people this year and would have really gave us a lot more team points. Yeah I feel for your team and it's too bad that other teams are having the same problems that we have had. But good luck at state anyways.

Goddard's taking 10 out of 14. 2 of which will be prob. be state champs!! Oh, and Manhattan and Emporia are taking 14...heard it was a weak regionals. Dodge City was the hardest and Goddard won it! Look out at state!

I don't know where you got your information... but the Wichita Southeast region was and always is the hardest region in the state. All you have to do is look at the individual state rankings. And Emporia is only taking nine.
