Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School cutting weight tips?

Well not saying that this is the best way but i dont eat anything in the morning or at lunch, drink a little bit out of the water fountain, but than i eat a light supper. Through out the whole day i lose about 3-4 pounds depending on how much i lose in practice.

MY mom used to be overweight and and in about nine months she lost 55lbs. She did this using the weight watchers program. I personally thought it was a bunch of sh**. But when my mom lost all that weight i was schocked because she doesnt even workout. So i figured I would try it and I wont say exactly how much weight I lost but I dont look like that fat football player that i looked like 2 months ago.

Sorry to break it to you buddy but you have a little brother or sister running around somewhere, who you mom put up for adoption. Kinda sad that your parents kept you out of the secret for so long huh?

forget what everyone else says the one for sure way way to lose weight is to not eat. works every time.
