I believe so, but who wouldn't want to be able to eat on Friday night. You would have so much more energy for the next day.

From a different perspective! Brent Rechtfertig, 3-timer, always waited until Saturday morning to weigh-in. His thoughts were this, he would rather be fresh for the semi-final bout on Friday night. If he won his Friday bout, weighed-in Saturday morning, then he would have all day to recover!

yeah you can weigh in saturday morning but im pretty sure you cant step on the official scale friday night and still be able to do it saturday morning

i hear that the 4-6a weigh ins r nothing but chaos and insanity. I hope things go smoother this yr.
