One Word: Metallica!!! (the old stuff)
Any fool can criticize, complain, and condemn- and most do.

In the eyes of the entire city of Beloit, it has to be Puddle of Mudd. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
Last year, their favorite was Linkin Park. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
Seriously, if you guys want me to bring my CDs next year, I will.

"Du Hast" by Rammstein "X Gonna Giv it to ya" by DMX "Tear Away" and "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" by Drowning Pool "Poem" and "Hate Myself" by Taproot "The Red" by Chevelle "Dig" by mudvayne (cuz i can't understand many of the words, it might be about square dancing, for all I know)
"To the hip hop, the hippity hop, the hip hop dippity dee" (Rapper's Delight, Sugarhill Gang, circa 1983)

Most of these are good warm up songs, but I think it is kind of hard getting pumped up with rap, it sucks

well if you are going to warm up to rap it would have to be something like DMX "Ruff rider anthem"

Rap is good to listen to. I like listening to it when im bouncing and shadow wrestling. You can't just listen to any rap though. Lil Jon has some good songs to warm up to Archie Eversole "We ready" theres a lot of other i just can't think of them right now

ITS FUNNY THIS IS A TOPIC, MY SON AND HIS DAD HAD THIS DISCUSSION LAST YEAR AND HE (MY SON) ENDED UP BURNING HIS "WRESTLING WARM-UP CD" OFF THE INTERNET. ALL THE SONGS THAT YOU HAVE TALKED ABOUT ARE ON HIS CD. HE HAS ALOT MORE GUNS N ROSES AND MOTLEY CRUE THAN ANYTHING THOUGH. ANYTHING TO GET YOU PUMPED TO KICK SOME TAIL. GET ON THE MAT, TAKECARE OF BUSINESS, AND GET OFF THE MAT!!!!!

The 3 most hardcore warm-up songs ever:
"Die Mother F'ers"--Geto Boys (circa 1992--ORIGINAL gangsta rap)
"Natural Born Killaz" --Dr. Dre and Ice Cube
"When a Man Loves a Woman" --Michael Bolton
Also, Motley Crue, ACDC, Metallica, and GNR had all become cliche by the time I was in 9th grade, and that was like 10 years ago. I like bigkneepads' list. Some good modern rock.
