Dingbat I wonder if you have ever been to college? Becuase if yo uhave you would know that out of state tuition can most certainly be waiver by the school should they choose to, its not included in the scholarship. Scholarship usually include room & board, tuition payments, books and stuff of that nature. And as I said I was indeed offered scholarships to wrestle.
As a former multiple state champion and former out-of-state D-1 wrestler, I am fully aware of the "ins and outs" of D-1 scholarships. The only institutions that include room and board/books alone are junior colleges. Division-1 schools pay a percentage of total cost of living, tuition included. D-1 schools have 10 full scholarships to divide amongst 22 athletes. Of course, I'm sure you were well aware of this, being offered full rides by numerous Division-1 schools. Totally.
And no school can "waiver" out-of-state costs. That is a violation of NCAA rules. I would have assumed that you already knew this, what with Iowa, Minnesota, and Oklahoma State calling for you to wrestle.
