What happened to Cody Bell, I saw that he lost to Hampton by default in the quarterfinals.

Cody was called for unnecessary roughness on a move that ended up injuring Hampton's knee. When Hampton couldn't continue, he won. But Cody is alive and well and living in the consolation round.

Anyone who was there an saw the match could clearly justify that I did nothing wrong. Bad call by ref. But hey sometimes thats how the cookie crumbles. I will leave it at that cuz if I say my feelings on the bad call I might get myself in trouble. Good luck to all wrestlers at state next weekend.

Good luck to you Cody. You know I have admired you for a long time. I know what you are capable of. Now you simply have to go put it all together for 1 weekend. There are some bad officials out there but I thought they were busy elsewhere this weekend.
