I just wanted to know how other teams around the state structure their practices? Do most teams spend a lot of time running, drilling, or wrestling live?

Also, while in the Salina South matroom (which is freaking enormous, by the way) I noticed something called "Shark Bait," followed by a series of numbers like 1-5, 2-5, 4-2, 3-1. Does Salina South have some sort of weird code talk that enables them to communicate with each other through a series of tongue clicks and numbers, which may eventually replace the English language as we know it?

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go jump some rope and start stretching for tomorrow's practice, seeing as how wrestling is the bane of my existence. (I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it sounds right.)
