I was curious if any schools dropped their wrestling program or any that added. I know Jeff West (4A) has a new program this year and Maur Hill (4A) picked theirs' back up at semester last year and have it going this year. What about others?

I did hear a rumor that Wathena and/or Troy might be starting back up, have not be able to confirm it.

I don't know about them starting up yet. I do know that Frank Speer, State champion in 1983 purchased his own mat (brand new)and is starting a kids club at Troy. I believe he has some kind of a commitment to start up a school program at some point. I know the cost of a mat was the concern when Troy was considering continuing 2 years ago after the team they co-oped with folded.
