Next year, in the State of Kansas from 1a-6a in all events (athletic and non-athletic, boys and girls, individual and team), there will be 498 Total Champions. Of those, 108 will be team championships, leaving 390 individual championships to be won (well, almost, that still counts doubles tennis, duet acting, 4x100 relay, etc.). Of those 390, 56 will be wrestlers. If we divide 56 into 390, we get .14358974. So next year, wrestling will account for approximately 14% of the individual state championships. If we add 56 and 14, we get 70. Next year, it will have been 70 years since Colby and Wichita East won the 1936 state meet. So next year, Colby and Wichita East will win their respective state meets.

It's in the numbers!
I might buy the Colby one, but is there even a Wichita East around anymore?
Yup, they're 6a.

It's not my fault we have a nicer school than you do. Plus all of our spring sports, except for baseball, dominated you guys. lol. Just kiddin, go ahead though. Our new school is a prison, the students will need to have something they can have fun with.

Oh, come on! The gym in Clearwater is the smallest gym that I've been in where a wrestling tournament is held.

We moved into the new school the week of regionals. We went the complete opposite of what we had, now we have one of the nicest gyms in the state. We also have one of the nicest wrestling rooms in the state. Just ask the Swayz.

That new school is outrageous that Clearwater has. The must be thinking that there will be a huge school merger or something as like 6 rooms are unoccupied by classes (just vacant). Their new gym is huge...bigger than some major university gyms I've seen.
