What are the likely hood that someone is allowed to go on the "wild-card" out of Kansas? I know there are some instances where guys that have yet qualified, might as seniors wind up on the same side of the bracket as another top tier guy and you'd have 1-2 going at it. How would you go about asking for the wild card?
