Now are those upsets or am I just stuck in last years team strength. I like SFT's total team this year...they will be tough.

Link to on-line coverage of the Colby Dual Tournament. Not the most polished coverage, but its better than nothing.

Looks like the bigger schools made quite a showing this time-- gotta wonder how Goodland might have done here as they are rapidly showing up as a solid team. congrats to Trail, VC, and Sh. heights!

What happened to Scott City? Did they graduate a lot of kids from last year?

Scott city has some problems. Kough, who was their 103 last year, has broken a leg, may be back, may not, One of the Dreiling brothers has not wrestled recently due to undisclosed problems, Kendrick at 152 with a shoulder injury, and Wyatt Green did not wrestle at Heavy due to Guy Miller moving up to that weight and beating him out, for now. Graduation decreased their group a little, but bad luck seems to have taken at least 4 of their wrestlers from the lineup. Some of these problems will likely sort out and I am sure that
those that do not will be dealt with by mr. Lippleman. Right now it looks as though the Beavers are struggling as Abeline, Clay, Trail, and Goodland are surging. Colby also looks strong out in the west, and Certainly Ulysses will have some power as well. Hopefully coach Prieto will be at the helm before season's end. At any rate, it sure seems weird to see the Colby tourney finish like it did.
