Phil actually lost to John Jarred from Park Hill Missouri. I believe that the score was about 9-4..........the guy is an animal.

thanks. I went over to the MO site and saw that Jarred was the MO champ but that even he had two losses on the year. Interesting.

I wrestled hart last year and we went 1 and 1 he is a really good wrestler and I congratulate him on his state title.

Hart has improved tremendously since last year. I don't know if they wrestled each other before but Hart won the Basehor-Linwood tournament and Figge was in the field and did not place, so Hart would have been a huge favorite.

Phil beat Figgee in the first tournament of the year(SME Duals) 12-1. Phil has been working hard all year toward this goal and he finally got it. Great job Phil............You earned your state title.
