I'm with Shoes. There is a school in KCK where many of the wrestlers are not only taking AP classes, but carrying a full IB load and I don't see a single one of them on that list, although several of them were also at State. I'm not sure how this list is put together, but I am curious. Whose responsibility is it to get the names and GPA to the right people (whoever that might be, sorry I'm ignorant in this altogether, I guess) to even be considered? My son, who is very bright (Duke's Talent Search for many years) goes to a HS that gives no homework and actually little work at all. He has an awesome GPA. My daughter has to work for hers at the KCK school I mentioned above, and all of her classes are either AP or IB. The wrestlers at this school are carrying a full load of AP/IB and wrestle as well as participate in other sports.
