I agree with you Prant, any one of the semi-finalist in 189 could win the whole thing on any given day... makes me wish I could be there to see it booo whooooo

Speaking of tough brackets, 4 of the top 6 wrestlers at 215 are on the same side:

#1 Sponsel, B.C.
#3 Archer, Macpherson
#4 Espinosa, Ottawa
#5 Hoeme, S. Heights

should make for some interesting quarterfinals matchups.

Are the records correct? How can someone make it to state with no wins and another with just one win?

those records are copied directly from the kshaa website. If the regional bracket has only 4 people in it, its very possible that one of those wrestlers has no victories for the season. Not the best situation but unavoidable in 5A it seems.

I see that our old friend Glen Oldbeak is a #1 seed at 119.

Maybe you're not an ugly human, but a good looking ape.....with exceptional verbal skills.

I also saw that, Chewbacca. Best of luck to Oldbeak--I think a state championship for him would produce a most hilarious celebration.

Mitch Arnold was in a very tough bracket at the Campus Regional and did not advance.
