What a situation we have here! I think most coaches would have done the same thing and I also understand that a rule is a rule. From what I understand he got a week off with pay, which I think was fair because this rule has to be followed as any rule. I don't agree with it but you still have to follow rules set by the school. Of course the rule should be changed but the coach really had no choice and did the right thing as did the school. Whoever scheduled the matches should have thought about situations that might occur and told Coach what exactly to do in case something like this would have happened. Both sides were right in their decisions- the rules should be changed so this doesn't happen again.
