Channing Williams and Zach Hensley will meet in the semis, whoever wins that has a good shot of winning.

Neither one of them placed at Tulas Nationals. Do you think they could hang with JW Townsend?

Did either one of them compete Tulsa Nationals?
My money is on Zack. He's a great kid and a great wrestler and he and my son Ethin are buddies. I do think it is going to be a great bracket to follow this weekend. Ethin and I will be there cheering for them all.

I saw Zac Gentzler wrestle Zac Hensley in Tulsa Nationals or maybe it was the Kick-off classic and it wasn't much of a match (13-0).CHanning Williams hasn't wrestle Gentzler(WWC)this year but it was a good match in years past.Zac Gentzler is 1-1 with John W Townsend.Williams is not much of a technician but is a great athelete and going to be fun to watch when he starts putting things together. The great thing about this sport is you are only as good as your last match, any thing can happen its why they call it kid wrestling.

Yes, tell me about it. My son had a small melt down on Saturday and didn't perform as well as he would have liked. But, he came out on Sunday and was ready to rock and roll. I was really hoping to get to see him show his stuff in Topeka. There is always next year. He's just a 6u anyway.

I watched Frankie Villarreal, Rice County, beat 3 state placers this year. He beat Mullin 2-0 at district. This kid will rain on someones parade at state. :-)
