Some great comments on the one web site with the booklet. At the bottom of one of my web pages is a number of articles on cutting and/or healthy weight maintenance. Things we have learned over the years also include lots of water, fruits, raw veggies, and eat 5-6 small meals a day. I know the rules of how to maintain weight, but don't follow them as well as I should for myself. The link to my web site here is:

I especially like the article on The Mat because it talks about not cutting weight and finding your natural weight. There is also a great book out, that I know gets spammed a lot, called Winning State Wrestling by Steve Knight. It is a great book and looks at diet and other factors including mental preparation among other things. I still think that if I only had one book for wrestling, it would be that particular book.
