Gatorade has always worked better than the other things for me

I would have rather wrestled and lost then ever played basketball.

gatorade always works, but it leaves the cotton mouth that only water can get rid of after cutting weight, both gatorade and water were my #1's

Water research shows is the best, when drinking something like gatorade and others you want a 70% mixture of water along with the drink you choose. The book Winning State Wrestling does some good research on this. I know that this year I have more kids asking for Advocare Spark than ever before too. A great product along with Volkov's V16 which was used by the Russian teams of the past. Those items aren't on there, a lot don't use the Volkov's because of price but I know a lot of guys, including myself who swear by Spark.

Mike you are right on the Spark. I would also include the rehydrate, it helps keep you hydrated.

Haven't any of you seen the Gatorade commercials about testing in the labs and stuff? If Lance Armstrong says Gatorade makes him better, I'm buying it.

You never notice how much u miss water until u can't drink it. I drink as much as i can when i can. And ive only been dehydrated once and that was cause i was sick so i say water works the best but that is just my opinion.

As far as awesome-juice is concerned, there was never a more potent drink than Ultimate Orange. It was illegal in 7 states and would make a collegiate athelete fail a urinalysis (yet, still was available at your friendly neighborhood GNC).

When drinking Ultimate Orange I could have probably hang-cleaned a Chrystler. However, unfortunately it was taken off the market when ephedrine was banned a couple of years ago.

Ultimate Orange rules, Spark sucks.

I have tried them all and I'm going to have to throw in REDLINE because that will keep up going for at least 6 hours. It seems to be a rare item in the state of Kansas but you can get it at http://www.vpxsports.com Water also does the trick especially if you are cutting weight.

Wasn't ultimate orange loaded with ephedra? Know why you can't buy it anymore?

Ephedra is just a fancy word for Happy Juice

By the way Powerade and Gatorade are both made by the same place so that would mean that they are the same thing with a different lable.
