What it amounts to is tabloid commentry. As I've said before none of this would hold any water whatsoever in a court room, so im kinda wondering why all this legal talk is going on anyway. If Mr. Salyer wants to guess that gutwrench is any member of this world, than that is his right. It is not Mr. Salyers fault that gutwrench portraits himself the way that he does.
Nigel, I have to disagree with you on a couple of your comments. Believe me, it could hurt Tony Purler's reputation some here in the Kansas City area. I sent my son to Tony's academy for a little over a year and a half. As I have stated it was a very positive experience for my son and I believe it made a big difference in his wrestling. I developed a great deal of respect for him during that time. I hold Tony in the highest esteem. My son has not been involved in Tony's academy since about July or August 2004 when Tony had to close his Rockhurst High School site. I would like to see my son go back and participate in Tony's high school summer group that he holds every year. I will offer the opportunity to my son to do that. It will be my son's choice. But I can tell you for sure that I would never allow my son to go back to one of Tony's camps or academy if I thought he was gutwrench1. Not after gutwrench1's post (deleted by moderators) that he made on the SM North topic a couple of weeks ago. I still think that comment deserves an apology from him. I think there are a number of other people in the KC area of Kansas who feel the same way and would also refuse to partake in Tony's camps or academies if they thought he was gutwrench1.
Finally you are right it is not Richard's fault that gutwrench1 potraits himself the way he does. But it is definitely Richard's fault that he suggested that it was Tony Purler who was portraiting himself in this manner. Sorry, Nigel you are on the wrong side of the fence on this one and no one is demanding that Richard make an apology. I believe I just said that I think Richard should apologize. We all at times make mistakes. We are all human and there is nothing wrong with admitting to it at times.
