I'm trying to keep two boys away from each other this week on Crawford Street here in Wichita. So far my plan is not working too well.
Crawford Street? Why aren't these boys in South High singlets?

This question has been answered at least 5 times on these forums, some of which are still up and some that have been deleted. I am attaching the links if you are really interested do a check and find out. We both get tired of answering a question that has a very legitimate answer to it when we have answered it before.

Part of me says that you may know the answer to the qustion as well, especially since Crawford Street runs in various areas of Wichita, from North to South, and East and West which would include more than just South as the school.

Is that Kendric Maple?

If so, when did he move to Wichita?

After seeing both Shumate and Ely wrestle throught the last few years I can definately say it will be one great match. But if someone put a gun to my head and forced me to make a prediction I would have to say Ely. Of course I could be wrong

Big Head lives in Montana and is a former state champion from South High School! Brian Scott.... He probably does not know why but I will straighten him out Mr. Furches since you are now my sons adopted father!

I am very sad to see the two boys are on the same side.... just adds to the point of my arguement that we need to at least seed the regional champs away from each other for state.

Good luck to both Dante and Nathan

Big Head, will apologize for my post. I take Mike Church's word on the issue, didn't know you were legit, and lived in Montana. Short answer is that Dante moved into the community this last summer and wants to finish out his senior year where he started high school. Nathan's mom is a teacher in Derby. She got a teaching job after our first year in Kansas and our son was wrestling with the Derby Club at the time.

Good luck to both wrestlers this weekend. I didn't know their whole story. Got the full address off your web site. Just thought they'd both look good in red and blue.

What a good showing by the top teams.(not trying to snubbing the smaller teams) It's going to be a war for Team title. Good luck to all the teams & wrestlers.

As with all State titles, the key is the points scored on the wrestle backs. The top wrestlers will take care of their positions/points, but how the 3rd through 6th placers fare will determine the title.

You might get your facts straight before you snap at a guy. I see you apologized later, but you should also apologize for saying Crawford runs north to south and east to west and covers more areas than just south. You would be entirely wrong. Do you just make stuff up and hope no one knows? Do some checking. Crawford Street only runs on the south side of town in Wichita and it goes from the 1100 block to around the 3000 block. Those homes are all in the South School district. Do some checking first before you lose all credibility.

I am so pleased that you became a member today just to tell me that. I am so sorry for my mistake ol great 4mrWrstlr. Anything else I need to do to appease you?

Let me be the first to admit I am not a curator of maps and do not know my directions when it comes to going north or south. I learned by going right and left. Ask anyone that has given me those directions of going in one direction or another, even though I have lived here a few years, I still don’t get it. I do know that on my street, there are kids that go to Northwest, West, and South among other schools. Why that is I don’t know, I don’t bother to stick my nose too much in other peoples private business. I guess I just thought that maybe this area served more than one school. I did do some looking on a map, and you are correct. As far as I can tell Crawford runs from around Seneca to down near 235. Maybe I was thinking of Meridian which does run all over. Then again, like I said, not an expert on streets, I am an expert on something you forgot about. The question has been asked many times, and bighead and I have had several interactions since the post. I am also aware that I have made myself look foolish on here with a couple of thousand posts. Some people can accomplish the same thing with one or two posts.

Great! You can answer one question for me. Why did you make a false statement like that? You talked in that e-mail like you knew everything about Wichita and this guy was an idiot. You talked like Crawford was Kellogg or 21st street or something like that. Did you really just make that up? Did you honestly think there were many Crawford's in Wichita? Anyway, just trying to figure out why some guy who claims to be a preacher would get on here and tell a bold faced lie that anyone with a map of Wichita or even the Internet for that matter could expose as false. I've perused these boards for a while and never had anything to add. I've seen you post a lot of useful information and usually you are very understanding and patient. Then I read this e-mail and it makes me wonder what that was all about.
