Just wanted to to say good luck to all the
Kansas High School State Wrestling Championship Qualifiers! Most of you have been busting your
b*tts for years to reach this goal. Enjoy the
experience, because whether you win it all or go 0-2 it is likely something you will never forget. Wrestle hard and don't give up anything without a fight. Every year there are big upsets at the highest levels in wrestling and you are always just 2 seconds away from winnig or losing every match, so give it your all until the last whistle blows. When the match is over be respectful of your opponent win or lose. Show us all that sportmanship is still alive and well in wrestling. For most of you this is probably the biggest stage you will ever compete on and for you seniors it is probably the last. So go out there and represent yourself, your school, your parents, your coach and the whole wrestling community and make us proud to call you one of our own!
