I would have to agree w/ Lampe's assessment based on this thought:
In high school ALOT of matches are completely dominated by one wrestler due to the lack of experience some wrestlers at that level have. However in college you don't have any kids "out for the hell of it" and the competition is more evenly matched. It's much more likely someone will give up a takedown and still come back and win in college than it is in high school, in my opinion.
