So when the rule says that if the score is still tied then the offensive wrestler is declared the winner it means the guy on top?
So is this scenario right:
end of regulation = tie
1 minute ot in neutral = no score
30 second overtime (A picks top/B bottom) = no escape
30 second overtime (B's choice top/A bottom = no score
Result = B wins as he was the offensive wrestler
