You've been on here about this topic quite a bit. Are you a Goddard hater, or do you wrestle for them? Are you 6A and worried or maybe you're worried you would have to work a little (or a lot) harder to earn a spot on the team.

So that leaves Trent Cox and Sam Thoman as the only 2 state point scorers for Andale coming back?

What about Schroder? Is Newton to far to drive to Goddard? That is where he lives.

Yes he is, but I have a lot of hope in my little prodigy Ethan Bates to have a chance of knocking him off this upcoming year if they're the same weight. And if Trent Cox stays at 103 I think Zac Sparr has a good chance of knocking him off.

And just to clarify, I mean no disrespect to Trent at all by these posts. I think he's a fine young man that will soon succeed at a higher level of wrestling than he's at now, but just keep in mind being a Clearwater High alumni Andale isn't my favorite school in the state....

Trent Cox is a phenom, I say a 4Xer for sure depending on how much he grows or stays away from injury.

I'll agree with the fact he's a great wrestler, but a wrestler with a lot of heart and the will to do what it takes to beat him has the chance to knock him off if given the right guidance.

And to prove my theory, Alexander Karelin was way past phenomenal, yet still got upset by Rulon Gardner.

Chase,
One thing that would have made you really MAD is a guy like DeShazer or Herd moving in to Goddard and making you a "b teamer"! That would really suck wouldn't it!

I dont care how much heart Sparr and Bates have, neither one of them is even close to the caliber of Cox. I have wrestled all three and Cox is by far the best.
