Well one of them, but check out this video of Brent Metcalf vs. Matt Dragon at the 2005 Dapper Dan. The wrestling is unbelievable. Dragon almost beats him. Great action for kids to see the pace and action at this high level. Just to get everyone in the mood for wrestling. 24/7 http://youtube.com/watch?v=yWqOQ0RsRCs&mode=related&search=

that was an incredible match...but besides the first period it seemed to me that the score didnt really show how much metcalf dominated...he let him up almost every time...and geeze that guy can scramble...when Dragon hit that slide by then metcalf did a front roll out and got the takedown WHAT THE HELL!?! WOW is all i can say...

I wish I knew where a video of Cody Sanderson vs Teague Moore at University Nationals in freestyle and I cannot remember what year this was. I actually was the mat official. There was so much action, shot/reshot/reshot/reshot I don't think I had to say Action during the whole five minutes. I do remember there was one flurry of shots that went on for about 45 seconds that I finally stopped because they went out of bounds and after I blew the whistle to stop the crowd gave these two athletes a standing ovation. I think Cody won but it was the best match I ever got to see in all my years as an official.

I got 2 then if we are talking KS High School: Annon v. Kriegbaum in the Sr. Classic and Sutton-Kearn v. Strawn part 1 and 2 (regionals and state)

My match didn't stop and I was on the mat right next to them. I must admit that during the match I did sneak a look or 2 over in that direction though.

2006 Newton TOC Semi-Finals: Lance Roe-Norton vs. Romero Cotton-Hutchinson.
Roe wins 6-5 in double overtime by riding Cotton out. This match featured a great deal of action and many near takedowns at the edge of the mat by both wrestlers. It was a shame that someone had to lose.
Cotton was crowned Greco & Freestyle Cadet National Champion this past summer in Fargo.

I was in JC and saw the Baldridge/TD Greco match. Incredible. The atmosphere. The skill level. The quickness of TD and the determination of Baldridge. TD jumps out to a fast lead due to his quickness. However, Baldridge battled back but ran out of time. Even had the blood thing going with his head. Quite a match . . .
I didn't see the FS but i heard it was nothing in comparsion to the excitement of the Greco match. I heard that Baldridge handled TD without much trouble and beat him by several in the FS match. But that first one, what a CLASSIC!

The one I remember most is when my son won his state championship match. What else can I say. Proud Dad.

Any thoughts on why the Greco was so exciting and competitive and the FS wasn't? (Between TD and Baldridge)

Because Baldridge could attack the legs in FS, which was his specialty! In Greco he had to work in upperbody and got headlocked.
