I know a topic similar to this has previously been posted, but I can not seem to locate it. Does anyone have a breakdown (by class) of what schools are without a program?

He wants to know which schools in each KSHSAA classification do not offer wrestling.

Dick,
I hope I fixed the type errors well enough for you to understand the question. I think most everyone else could figure out what I meant, but thanks for being you.

P.S. If this post has any grammatical errors please contact my editor at dicksalyer@lickdonkeyballs.com

Everyone else,
It looks like it's going to be another grammatically great year with Dick policing the forum!

So are you gonna copy and paste it now or later or make him ask or wait to correct him again or what?

Generally, this is the method to be followed.

Did I make a correction?

I think it is real funny!

Oh well, this has made my decision easier! I won't bother wasting my time trying to add another wrestling program to our state.

It’s great that our state allows certain moderators on the public forum to spend more time being pompous and trivial than offering helpful advice to someone interested in promoting our sport and possibly adding another wrestling program to our state.

Thanks anyway!

Here is a link as best as I can provide as to which schools are in which classification. It would be a matter of people responding witht he schools that don't have a wrestling program.

There might be some mistakes but this is what I know
Schools without wrestling
6A-0

5A-0

4A- 6 Bell Plaine, Cherokee-Southeast, Girard, Iola, Kingman, Nickerson ( I dont know if they still have a program two years ago they combined with Haven then last year I dont think they had anyone wrestle)

3A- 21 Allen-Northen Heights, Baxter Springs, Conway Springs, Ellinwood, Frontenac, Galena, Kismet-SW Heights,Maur Hill Prep ( use to have a program I dont think they have one now), McLouth, Medicine Lodge, Neodesha, Osage City, Pomona, Prairie Village-KCC, Riley County, Riverton, Salina-Sacred Heart, Seneca-Nemaha Valley, Wichita-Collegiate, Wichita Trinity, Jefferson County North

2A-1A I will just list the schools that have wrestling bc there are to many that do not have wrestling

2A- 20 schools have wrestling : Wabaunsee, Cimarron, Chase County, Ellis, Herrington, Doniphan West, Hoxie, Leoti, Minneapolis, Oakley , Osborne, Plainville, Flinthills, Smith Center, St. Francis, St. Marys, Stockton, Sublette, Wakeeney

1A- 6 schools have wrestling Atwood, Burlingame, West Elk, Onaga, Quinter, Stafford

For a total of 190 wrestling programs out of 359 schools in Kansas
6a- 32
5a-32
4a-58

Girard, Iola, Kingman

Those are the schools that really need to be targeted to start programs. If for no other reason than it would be beneficial to their football programs.

but he is not an adminstrator on this forum. He is usually pretty good about finding information. When he chooses to be flip, just ignore him. If he crosses the line, the post will be deleted just like any one else.
