Let me know if I am wrong.
Is Zach Roberson just the 3rd Kansan to win a D-1 National Title?
Myron Roderick (OSU) 1950's Melvin Douglass (OU) 1985 & 1986 now Zach.

Here's another one: have there ever been two Kansans in the D-1 finals?
And another: have there ever been four Kansans earning D-1 All-American honors?

If Adams state in CO is D1 then you can add Shane Palmer of abilene to the list (Old Guy)

How many A.A's were there this year in Kansas from Juco, D2, D3, D1, NWCA, and Women's? Give me the names and weight of each.

Pizzaboy,
Leave it to The Swayz to answer your question....Roberson is not the 3rd D1 champ in fact he's further down the line for Kansas becoming the 5th Kansas guy to win a D1 title and the 8th overall D1 title for Kansas.
Kansas D1 Champs 2X - Melvin Douglas, Oklahoma 1X - Bill Doyle, Kansas State 1X - Zach Roberson, Iowa State 3X - Myron Roderick, Oklahoma State 1X - Dale Scrivens, Oklahoma State

I believe Pyle/Sebetha Grad was AA for Div III Luther and the Montana St Northern NAIA National Champs were coached by Coach Ray a Kansas native and the Juco champs were coached by Ziegler from Coffeyville. Stanford gets 1st National Champ after having Kevin Klemm as an assistant. When it all is tallied, one great year for Kansas Wrestling.
