Just a little clarification. The figures you posted from that RECRUITING SERVICE are the maximum amount of wrestling scholarships that the NCAA allows, not what is actually given out by all NCAA schools.
Many school administrators dictate that far fewer scholarships be given out than the maximum allowed for financial reasons.
The wrestling programs that are allowed by their administration to give out the maximum amount of scholarships allowed by the NCAA obviously will be more consistant winners through the years than schools whos administration chooses to save money by giving out fewer than allowed.
