I would also throw out my congradulations to the Labette for their 6th place team finish (highest in school history) and the the 4 All-Americans they had. Earl Jones 125-1st, Emery Mcreynolds 133-5th, Dustin May 141-2nd, and Michel Delk 149-3rd. I am proud to say I know all of these young men and Coach Joe Renfro.

You mess with the Bird and you will get the Beak!

Aaron - Do you have the final NJCAA team results. I can get all individual stats but no team #'s.

Major congrats to all those All American birds...Delk showed some MAJOR heart coming all the way back after the 1st round set back and taking 3rd. wow.. And best of luck to Fort Hays tommorow..

Might also add congratulations to Eric Luedke of Colby for his National Championship. As some of you recall Luedke wrestled Jones in the 2001 4A final at 112 lbs when both were sophomores. Amazing that 3 years later they both win NJCAA titles on the same day.

Just another reason to add more collegiate programs in Kansas, when 2 of our very own come home as National Champs.
