You have to be 18 yrs old for the OZ oldtimers as we require participants to sign a medical waiver so our kid's club isn't held responsible for any injuries that sometimes occur. There are printable flyers available at the Tournaments/Calendar link.

I may actually cut weight. I might be able to make 215 or 190 by then. Hell I don't know what I weigh anymore...I was as high as 250.

How long do these tournaments last and how many wrestlers sign up? Is this a allday event? Are there several of these every year? Thanks,Dave

Dave, I don't know how others run, but we run ours pretty much like a regular kids tourney. Last year we had over 100 wrestlers and we were finished with wrestling by about 3:00 pm. Takes a little longer to wrestle an oldtimers match because we give the old ones a little time to rest between periods. And, I see they are getting more and more popular, but we try to make ours super userfriendly so we can have a good tourney and keep guys coming back to have a good time. Right now the OZ tourney has 4 guys in the 18-25 age and 120-140 lbs division. This weight was not listed on our flyer, but due to some inquiries we added it. We've got more than double the entries we had at this time last year and expect lots of guys to just "show up" and pay on Sat.
See you in OZ on the 10th!!!

The Osawatomie Results are now up. Thanks Mike Juby for your help. We ended up with 7 "little guys" in that 120-140lbs. weight and it was a tough bracket! I scored the championship match and it was great-going into overtime!!! Thanks to all who helped and the Osawatomie Kid's Club would like to also thank all the guys that attended-from all over Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma!
