Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Freestyle/Greco Southern Plains : Bantam 50#

I would like to take my son to wrestle Bantam 50# at the Southern Plains Regional FS/GR Tournament. Does anybody know of any Bantam 50# wrestling at this tournament, if so, who?

Madl is a tough little guy and should give Hayes a battle. Two very talented wrestlers, to say the least...anyone else wrestling 50?

You should bring your son to Southern Plains. That way it would be Abbott, Madl and Hayes. I look forward to seeing your son (Krystian Abbott) and Hayes wrestle. Hope to see you there.

Thanks for the invite but between summer baseball, basketball, football camps and lots of swimming Krystian chooses not to wrestle freestyle. He is getting huge now anyway...he topped the scales at 46 a few days ago! Besides were kinda scared of that Hayes kid anyway! LOL

It's a good thing I know you personally, otherwise I might take that "Besides were kinda scared of that Hayes kid anyway! LOL" personal. I know that Krystian is enojoying the other sports right now and tell him to enjoy his time away from wrestling. Tell him to get plenty of rest because with all those sports, he's going to need all the energy that he can get.

I wouldn't be offended at all, even if you didn't know me! I tell you Jason--KeShawn is a phenominal wrestler, and if he sticks with it, man he can go far! Krystian likes wrestling,and is decent at it, but it is about 4th on his list behind football, baseball, and yes, even the dreaded basketball, which as we both know he played during wrestling...I just wish I had half of his energy!
