The shape an athlete must be in to do either sport. How hard is it to run up and down a basketball court? Not very hard at all to wrestlers.

Wrestling shows character and hard work, and time to get really good. Basketball requires bouncing a ball.

yes but how many of us could in fact dribble as good as the basketball players? that takes skill to be a ball handler
