To all who have'nt heard,
The team is Kansas Krusaders we practice every wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Then one sunday a month we bring all the girls together from the state to practice together at Southeast High School. We are a team of about 35 to 40 girls with ages from 6yrs old to 18 yrs. Our plans are to wrestle other states that wish and to attend USAW & USWGA tournaments. We chose the Krusaders because that is more or less what we are doing. Our goal is to further the sport of wrestling for both men and women and to give those girls a chance that retired because of maturity and age. This is an opportunity for all girls from east to west. Practices are being held in Lakin by Coach Fredriksen, and in Wichita by Coachs Edison and to be announced in the east,hopefully Burlingame or Lawrence. We are planning on wrestling all the way into the summer outfitting a team for the cadets,juniors,schoolgirls,novice and midget. If you need more info click on the womens division on USAWK home page.
