I also recommend the book "Tilting the Playing Field: Schools, Sports, Sex and Title IX" by Title IX expert Jessica Gavora who has recently joined the staff at the College Sports Council as their Communications Director. There also is a Title IX forum on the Mat's website. http://www.themat.com/
