I posted on an ealier topic because i am not sure where my son will be wrestling throughout the season, however, given his pre-season weight after football season Caleb Gash will probably be in this group most of the year. Others that i can think of off the top of my head that will be around this weight are Caleb's summer wrestling partner Dylan Eck. A few others are Elijah West, Colton Stalford, and Kendall Biddle. All are great wrestlers from District 2. Good luck to all this upcoming season!

What I love about this sport is at this age you have to watch out for everyone. I think you can just look back at last years qualifiers in the 67 & 70 pounders and know thats who, for the most part will be 70 & 73 pounders. My son had gained on average 6 pounds per year since he has been wrestling starting at 43 pounds. He is in D1-South Ethin VanAnne and he will probably be at 70 or 73 at this year. He wrestled at 67 last year. He never weighed 67 sometimes closer to 64 but that's where he wanted to go at. In fact at state he weighed in at 64 exactly.

Here are some names to go off of past accomplishments and from wrestling in most of these brackets with these kids. Here is a list of kids from 70-73, (some may go 67 and some may go 76) that will be tough

yes I realized he was still 8 and under when i saw him wrestle at Goddard.
