Great two days of wresting. Tournament was well run with excellent competition represented by 24 schools.

Hats of to STA...415 points...wow.

Some studs at the lighter weights this year. Dennis Wood (Lansing 103) and Freshman Parker Madl (Blue Valley 112) were on fire.

Brett Delich (Mill Valley 130) also looked very impressive all weekend. He got hurt in the finals with Kevin Calhan (Baldwin). Hope he gets back on the mat soon.

Kyle Buehler (Lansing 140) also showed his metal taking first in a bracket full of studs (Somers (LFS) Kramer (FS) Nickell (PV)Scott (Aq).

Lots of great wrestling all around. Thanks to the Eudora staff for another super tournament.

Where was Kyle Grape from Lancing?

You are right, Mr. Flynn. It is a great tourney. Always is. Their entire administration plays an active role in it. I think I even saw their superintendent working a shift at a score table! They do a great job with this meet and the competition gets better and better.

We wish Brett Delich a speedy recovery, he was wrestling a great finals match.

Congrats to STA, they looked powerful top to bottom, and the Eudora Cardinals are very strong and wrestling tough. Congrats to Coach DeWitt and his crew.

Kyle Grape is currently unable to wrestle because of a torn ACL. I think from football season.
