I would like to mention another relationship that has blessed many that knew her and are close to her family. In the Lord's timing, Donna Woofter passed away this year. Her husband Walt Woofter is the director and coach of the Kansas City Wrestling Club. Walt has been a great friend of my family and his 8th grade son Chase, has wrestled with many kids from the Renegades and has been a good friend to my son Tanner. Their life was forever changed this year. The weight of their loss has been carried by Walt and his kids, Chase, Erik and Erin each day since Donna died. Please pray for God's strength to comfort their family, especially tomorrow. It's friendships like these that make us slow down in life and speak from the heart, not being afraid to share our emotions, for none of us know the time we have left.
