How about a fantasy match between Bo Maynes and Zach Roberson?

Are you making a POSITIVE difference in the life of kids?

A man who writes about standing outside the Fargodome in a trench coat in July needs to grow out of the fantasy world.

Urrrrr. . . Except maybe that kid from Neb. . .

Maybe we can learn something from that about putting kids up on pedestals.

yea, caldwell lost to a great wrestler, i still think hes one of the best in his weight class in the country. i dont think saying you'd be hardpressed to find a better wrestler in his weightclass is putting him on unreasonable level. i didnt say he was desicivily the best in the country and personally i think if on another day he could possibly beat that kid.

Its fun to speculate-however, as good as Furches and Caldwell are there are much better potential dream matches. With that said, Caldwell wouold likely win. Furches has done well at Fargo, however, his weight class there typically has 15-20 wreslters and Caldwells has 90+. Both these kids are good kids but old for their grade and both have lost to Bridgeford. A better fantasy match might be Bridgeford vs. Larry Perez etc..

As mentioned in a prior pm to Chad, I have always known him as a person of integrity and no hard feelings at all. I appreciate the opportunity to get to meet Chad at some point and again, from me, thanks Chad for being a man. It says volumes about you.

That's one opionon! Mine, it's not as obvious as one might think! Roberson was a takedown artist ... Maynes didn't give up a takedown in his High School career!

Bo never had to defend against TD's like Roberson's. He was so quick that it was virtually impossible to defend against it. Kind of like John Smith. EVERBODY knew the low single was coming, BUT nobody could defend against it. This being the case, I'd take Roberson.

Good point, but one has also beaten Bridgeford, but I think the only Kansas wrestler, who has never lost to him, in fact stuck him, never gets mentioned, how about Cole Zogelman. Cole stuck Alex at Brute last year.

The skill level a kid has can change tons between high school and college. Just b/c Bo didn't have the college title Zach has, doesn't mean he wasn't better in high school than Zach was.
