I wasn't at all impressed with the officiating. Too many stops in the situations close to edge of the out of bounds, but not out of bounds. Avoiding controversy in opinion.
Is this the norm for around the State? It's been my observation and have seen comments in other threads about the stopping of a match for even touching the line. It seems to me that the official should just tell the wrestlers to circle back to the center! I like the new college rule... wrestlers must pretty much leave the mat not the circle. That maybe exaggerating a little bit but they let the guys wrestle. The line is considered inbounds and if anyone is "inbounds" it's game on!
