Does anyone know how this will be handled when entering the kids in Trackwrestling at a lower age group?

You can register them using their actual birth year then contact the tournament director to have them moved to the age-group down.

Another possible work-around would be to adjust their birth year for registration.

Thanks. I wondered about changing their birth date, but didn't know if that would be the preferred way to enter them or to leave it up to the tournament director to make the change. Tournaments without Trackwrestling shouldn't be an issue, as we plan to just include the certificate with the entry.

Just a little update to coaches and tournament directors out there.
The board has issued a couple of certificates to some competitors with special needs. We will have a current list if you have any question of authenticity or in general.
Thank you for your efforts!
Terry

Bump

I am wanting some updates on how the competition is going. I know of three competitors that have been approved. I know that one of them has 4 legit competition wins (so far) this year. I have heard no negative comments so far. Please let us know of any bugs that we may have to work out.
