I know there's a lot of high school coaches and wrestlers that visit this page and we obviously know their occupation. It would be cool to know the occupation of some of the other people who visit the forum. If you're a high school wrestler and have a part time gig, feel free to post. I'll get it started:

Mike Holliday...I'm a radio dj - radio salesman in Hays, Kansas.

I have coached LL and MS and HS. But not any more. Too much work!

I teach elementary PE and have done so for 18 years. I'm going to pursue a Masters in Reading Instruction next year with the hopes of some day getting out of the noisy gym. I still love the kids/just tired of the noise/grind (ie. 12 classes in one day).

Good thread idea.

Truth be told, at my age, I likely would have a heart murmur, or worse, if I stepped foot in the place.

It has been years since I have been to a shopping mall. If Tractor Supply or Orscheln's does not carry what I need, I do not need it. Such a dull life!

I did a quick search for Victorias Secret and if the model on web site is Curtis - welllllllll!!!!!

I was just thinking! (I know ... quit bragging)

Would you really let your kids accept candy from Swayz?

That thought scares me and I'm damn near fearless!!

Ok, since most everyone knows that Coach Ed is really Ms. Jenni, I will post for both of us.

Coach Ed is an A/C Specialist for AT&T. He has done this for 27 years and only has 3 years to go...also, he has his Master's in Heating and Air and has his own business called "Ed's Heating & Cooling"-catchy huh? He also coaches wrestling for all ages/styles/sexes. His goal is to break into girls volleyball coaching with our daughters now that the boys are almost done with HS.

Ms. Jenni is a Physician Assistant for 15 years and I just took a new job at the Sedgwick County Health Department. I am the Program Manager in Family Planning and STD's. Now if that doesn't get your imaginations running, nothing will. Yes, I spend 8 hours a day talking about sex. If any of you wrestlers or coaches are in need of my services, come on by, it is all confidential of course.

I'm a has been coach that has transitioned to the dark side. I'm now an assistant principal that moonlights as a wrestling official. I am also the founder of the CKTEC (Central Kansas Taco Eating Championships). Our second annual competition is being set up right now. Of course, it will be held at the great Taco Shop once again. I'll post the date and time soon.

Posted By: CoachEd Re: Poster's occupations - 02/05/07 01:07 AM
Ah yes, I haven't heard that in awhile but at the beginning of each kids season Coach Ed would give a "talk" to the wrestlers..."there is a pecking order here and there are people you do NOT mess with...God, Jesus and Ms. Jenni. Cause if you upset Ms. Jenni you upset me and you don't want to upset me."
Posted By: CoachEd Re: Poster's occupations - 02/05/07 01:09 AM
