New Kingman program needs coach - 04/11/20 01:08 AM
Coaches,
Over the last two years Kingman High School has been part of a cooperative agreement with Cheney High School for Wrestling. This past season we had five wrestlers travel to Cheney for practice and competition. All five wrestlers are underclassmen and will return to the wrestling room next year. Along with that information, we had two KSHSAA 3-2-1A state qualifiers. One state qualifier is a two time state placer (3rd - 2019 and 2nd - 2020). The room will have WRESTLING EXPERIENCE when you arrive!!!
Last month the Kingman Board of Education approved wrestling to be a stand alone sport for Kingman High School AND Kingman Middle School for the 2020-21 wrestling season. With that said, we are currently searching for a High School Head Wrestling Coach as well as two Assistant Coaches.
Attached to this email is detailed information about Kingman High School and Kingman Athletic Department. Also attached you will find the teaching salary schedule and the supplemental salary schedule.
We currently have a couple of teaching positions open at this time, elementary and high school. We may or may not have other positions open as the school years concludes. At the same time, we are willing to be creative within our teaching positions as we find the right wrestling coach.
Please forward this email to your friends and other wrestling coaches who might be interested. Hopefully Kingman can be a good fit! Read through the attachments and reply if you are interested or if you have additional questions. The link below is the first step towards applying.
