Does anyone else wish that they could go back to their freshman year with the talent and experience that they have now? There's a lot of loose ends that some people would love to tie up.
Just curious.
I'd go back in a heartbeat. I'd love to be able to go back and try to change the outcomes of the some of the positions I was put in.
Still don't have any skill so going back probably wouldn't help much.
Who are the tag team champions?
Do I get to keep my "old man" strength and hairy chest? If so, count me.....nah, nevermind. I like being old and fat.
If you could go back and change things then you wouldn't be where you are today asking questions which means you probably wouldn't have grown as much as a person. Sure...go back and change..or accept how it is today and appreciate all you have learned and go forward.
i mean like if this year were your freshman year and you still have 4 years to grow. what would you do different in wrestling only. or what would you like different.
like chenowith could have another shot at taplin. (sorry bud had to)
I want too, I'd not take my first trip to state as just being happy to be there, also I'd try to stay healthier my Senior year for State so I didn't get bronchitis the week before Regionals and not go to the doctor until 2 days before state....but yea I'd kill to go back and do it all over again
I go back to the field the fifty yard line,
A blanket, a girl, some rasberry wine.
you liar. though it is nice to just go and look at the old field from time to time. good memories.
Maybe for you, I've got a few bad ones myself.
yea well my freshmen sophomore year we won a lot. not so much junior and senior year when we lost almost anyone good.
hey curt who is this third person you found. i know that chad would like to be the third if there is no one else.
None other than Cole Caylor. Chad can be our alternate, or manager, or coach, or all three.
that's who i thought it would be. for once i'm not wrestling him i'm wrestling with him.
hahaha very funny.
ah you're right. i'd lose anywayz i suck i admit it.
You'll be fine once you are at Labbett for a while. Then you might be beating up on me and Cole.
maybe. well see when next year comes around. till then i'll live with you guys just making me better. plus i could make you guys better too. i have my strengths too. even they seem non-existent.
I'll take any help I can get.
i'll be glad to. i normally am good at stopping shots so that would help you greatly Mr. "Takedown Record"
Mr. Takedown would be fine, because I only tied it. If I would have broken it then you could call me that. If only I could have wrestled you once this year. lol.
think Curtis, if only you'd taken one more shot on a kid you knew you could beat you'd be immortal in KS wrestling history, instead you share it with some guy from NE-KS....that's not cool, but our last name is
That is true. Every time I think about tying it I think back to every match I could have gotten another takedown in. It really does suck. Almost as badly as getting pinned in my last match. Because if I wouldn't have gotten pinned, I might have been able to get the takedown I needed. If only I could go back....
na don't worry about it, be proud of what you accomplished and who you are, you left everything you had on the mat, nothing to regret, you were 1 of only 56 people in the state of kansas to make the finals, be proud of it i know i sure would have
Alex Ryan
aka Alex CHENOWETH
you know curtis i know i suck. you don't have to rub it in. that's just not fair. anywayz. hey curt. we need to go and set up the things for the tag team.
